Hi! I'm Takashi Ohno.

I will guide you!

Description of this tour

The Sensōji Temple is a Buddhist temple. It is the main feature of Asakusa and one of the most popular tourist attractions in Tokyo.
The Asakusa Shrine is one of the most famous Shinto shrines in Tokyo and famous for its annual festival Sanja Matsuri, held in late May.
In Asakusa, there are many temples and shrines. In this tour, I can guide you to Sensōji Temple and Asakusa Shrine which are the spots that you definitely must visit when you go there.
The Sensōji temple is dedicated to the bodhisattva Kannon. So the Sensoji is also known as Asakusa-Kannon and about 30 million visitors visit every year. It was established in 628 and it's the oldest temple in Tokyo.

Hello, all foreign tourists.
I’m Takashi, a certified guide interpreter.
I’ve practiced guiding through volunteer guides at various places such as the Imperial Palace, Meiji Jingu Shrine, Asakusa, etc. in spare time from my main job since 2013 when I got the license of the guide interpreter.
However, with my retirement from main job, I can fully dedicate my time to English expert guide.
It’s been my dream to communicate with foreigners since childhood.
Therefor I've been developing my English proficiency for a long time by listening to English conversation radio programs.
I would like to take advantage of this opportunity and do my best for you.
